Was referred to NCC to help with my husbands credit. Started with them the beginning of August and by September's updated credit report his score went from about a 543 to about 721. No Joke! 1 month! Now I am guessing that these results may not be typical, but - they do what the said they would do. Also, after comparing rates from other companies, I found them to be more affordable. I have been with them for 9 months and my score has gone up from a 511 to a 730. There have been TONS of deletions made on my credit report, and it is a great feeling to be able to apply for credit and not worry about getting approved. I now sit with confidence in my credit for the first time in my life and it feels great. The people at NCC are professional, they respect your time, and they will talk to you like a human. I have seen good customer service before and this company exemplifies it. I have suggested this service to family and friends, and would highly suggest it to anyone who doesn't have an 800 credit score.
I had a client call me this week. Pulled her credit back in Dec and she had a 592. Called me this week to re-pull credit and she now has a 701 middle. Emily Grant has been a phenomenal representative of your company. Her job must be demanding and tedious at times - after all, she's dealing with the public, their money & their credit problems. That cannot be easy. Emily has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, professional and kind. Jason and Chelsea, THANK YOU so much for everything you guys have done! As you know I was with a credit repair company last year that literally did nothing to increase my score after almost 9 months. I found you guys last October. It is now mid February and you have raised my credit score almost 100 points. I went from being turned down from ANY lender last year, to this year on Valentine's Day (yes 4 days ago) bought a BRAND NEW 2014 GMC Sierra for 4.75% financing!!! That is a miracle! Not to mention I drove off the lot without giving them a DIME AND my first payment isn't due until April!!
I was originally skeptical about paying for credit repair, as there seems to be so much conflicting information. I had a house under contract to buy in May of this year. The deal fell apart when some older collections appeared at the time of securing the loan. My credit dropped down to about 580, and I was very discouraged. I decided to give the credit repair a try. Emily, was my account manager, and she explained everything very well. She not only told me what her company could likely accomplish but she also had good general advice about a long term plan. Anyway, not much happened in the first couple months, and then after the third month, I started seeing things drop off. It is now October and I just purchased a new car at the Honda dealership with a 780 score. Amazing. I am so grateful and cannot thank Emily enough. I have been sending everyone I know to National Credit Care. They are all very professional, and they get results. Highly recommend!
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how impressed I am with the service I have received from National Credit Care and your colleague Emily Grant this past year. I found my credit in the proverbial toilet about 4 years ago after a serious back injury left me out of work for a year. The bills piled up, I fell behind, and the credit rating went downhill from there. I tried to refinance my house, but was declined due to my painfully low credit score. Fortunately, my mortgage broker recommended I give NCC a try - and I'm so glad I followed his advice. In just a year, NCC has improved my credit from low 500's to high 600's, enabling me to refinance my mortgage at an interest rate 1.5% lower than what I paid before - as well as knock 5 years off the life of my mortgage!
