Service Fees
How will I be billed for service?
We charge a credit report consultation/analysis fee of $189, followed a monthly fee of $59, which is billed in arrears. So, $189 is due on day 5, $59 on day 35, $59 on day 65, and so on (prices may vary by state).
How long do I have to stay with the program?
You are only committed to one month at a time. You can cancel any time, but we recommend you stay with the program until you reach the credit score you need to make your financial objectives feasible.
If I cancel right before my monthly billing date, do I owe anything?
Yes, we bill in arrears for our monthly charge of $59 in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
What do I get for my service fees?
Continuous investigations to all three credit bureaus through our dispute and verification process. 2) Unlimited positive credit consultation with your personal team of credit specialists.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit or credit cards, including VISA, MC, and AMEX. We also accepts checks by phone.
The Program
Will anyone help me understand what I need to do to post positive accounts?
Absolutely! You will be assigned one or two personal credit specialists who will use their knowledge to guide you through all the steps you can take to set yourself up for success after the repair is complete.
I keep receiving credit reports in the mail. What do I do with them?
Simply fax, mail or email them to us, and we will interpret them for you and updating your file.
How do I get an update from National Credit Care?
Just call us any time, and we will update you on your file and provide consultation on improving your positive accounts.
How do I get my credit score?
Often receiving an accurate credit score will credit a credit inquiry thus lowering your score. However, we have suggested websites where you can easily obtain your scores, or if we feel that enough improvement has occurred on your reports we will suggest to your broker to have a new credit report pulled to see if you are loan ready.
I have received a one-page letter from each bureau asking for additional information. What do I do?
The bureaus have a lot of delay tactics to slow the process down, anywhere from discouraging documents to asking for a variety of information. We automatically handle all these issues, so there is no need for you to do anything until you receive your actually credit reports.
How long will this process take?
Credit reports are like fingerprints, everyone is different. Your credit specialist will be able to give you the best idea depending on many factors.
What should I pay off?
Credit reports are very tricky, and often things that you think might help by paying on will actually do more harm. Please consult with your credit specialist before applying your funds to uncertain arrears.
