Service Fees
How will I be billed for service?
We charge an initial membership fee of $189, followed a monthly fee of $49, which is billed in arrears. So, $189 is due on day 1, $49 on day 31, $49 on day 61, and so on. Back to Top
How long do I have to stay with the program?
You are only committed to one month at a time. You can cancel any time, but we recommend you stay with the program until you reach the credit score you need to make your financial objectives feasible. Back to Top
If I cancel right before my monthly billing date, do I owe anything?
Yes, we bill in arrears for our monthly charge of $49 in accordance to the Fair Credit Organization Act. Back to Top
What do I get for my service fees?

How do I get an update from Continental?

How do I get my credit score?
Often receiving an accurate credit score will credit a credit inquiry thus lowering your score. However, we have suggested websites where you can easily obtain your scores, or if we feel that enough improvement has occurred on your reports we will suggest to your broker to have a new credit report pulled to see if you are loan ready. I have received a one-page letter from each bureau asking for additional information. What do I do?
The bureaus have a lot of delay tactics to slow the process down, anywhere from discouraging documents to asking for a variety of information. We automatically handle all these issues, so there is no need for you to do anything until you receive your actually credit reports. Back to Top
